Flag Spinning, also called Flag Dancing, is an often fast-paced yet surprisingly meditative form of dance that is colorful, wild and wondrous. With its whirling action, some believe flag spinning serves as a living spiritual vortex into other dimensions. Flag spinning was invented in dance clubs during the 1960s, and is still performed there most often, generally in the wee hours of the morning. I will be performing to some beautiful and uplifting dance music (the genre is known as "morning music") that is very different from what you normally hear in dance clubs... for a performance you will never forget!
